What kind of products can you source for me?

Well, ok no, not anything but almost anything. We can help source for you almost any item, as long as they are permittable by air or freight cargo. Our most popular items shipped include the latest trainers, computer accessories, food snacks and jewellery. If you can think it, we can (probably) source it for you.

What happens if my items are lost in transit?

We insure all items up to the full value with our chosen carriers. If there’s a problem in transit and your item is lost, we can either issue you a full refund or re-order the items for you. Problems happen, shipping companies aren’t perfect, but we will do whatever we can to help you get what you need.

Why are you based in London?

As you know, Seychelles isn’t blessed with being connected to trade routes and major companies like Amazon, eBay and retailers tend to pass up the opportunity to ship their products to Mahé. But that’s where we come in. London is connected to every major trade route and every retailer globally. If you want it, get in touch with us. It can go via them, through us, to you.
